Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Lahore and surrounding areas. We're expanding to more cities soon — contact us if you're unsure whether we reach your location yet.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Subscription deliveries follow your chosen weekly schedule.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is our primary payment method. No advance payment required. For subscription pre-payment, contact us for bank transfer details.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free on all orders over PKR 2,000. For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee may apply based on your location.

Where does Koh Waters water come from?
Koh Waters starts as deep underground water, purified at our plant in Pakistan by reverse osmosis and UV sterilisation, then mineral balanced. Purity Perfected.
What is the pH level?
Koh Waters water has a naturally balanced pH of 7.0, making it perfectly neutral and ideal for daily hydration.
What sizes are available?
We offer 500ml (12-pack), 1.5L (6-pack), and 19L refillable bottles for home/office dispensers. We also sell reusable Glass Edition bottles for the purest taste experience.
Are the bottles BPA-free?
Yes. All our PET bottles are 100% BPA-free. Our 19L bottles are made from food-grade polycarbonate. Our Glass Edition uses pharmaceutical-grade borosilicate glass.
19L Subscription
How does the 19L subscription work?
We deliver one 19-litre refillable bottle to your doorstep every week. Our driver swaps your empty bottle for a freshly filled one. It's the most convenient way to have pure Koh Waters always on tap.
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely. Cancel, pause, or skip anytime with no penalty. Just notify us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
What if my bottle gets damaged?
If the 19L bottle is damaged or lost while in your possession, a replacement fee of PKR 1,500 applies. Normal wear and tear is on us.
Do I need a dispenser?
A standard water dispenser (top-load or bottom-load) works perfectly with our 19L bottles. We don't currently sell dispensers, but most local brands are compatible.
Wholesale & Custom Brands
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
Minimum 500 units for 500ml and 1.5L bottles. Minimum 50 units for 19L bottles. Contact us for pricing.
Can I get my logo on the bottles?
Yes! We create custom-branded bottles for corporate events, hotels, restaurants, and gifting. Your logo, your design — on Koh Waters purified water. Minimum order quantities apply.

Is Koh Waters a Pakistani brand?
Yes. Koh Waters is 100% Pakistani, with our purification plant located in Pakistan. We are proud to bring world-class purified water to homes and businesses across the country.
What makes Koh Waters different?
Most bottled water is just filtered municipal water. Koh Waters is deep underground water purified by reverse osmosis and UV sterilisation, with minerals added back to a set profile — 210 mg/L at a neutral pH 7.0, printed on every label. The result is water that tastes clean, crisp and pure.
