1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kohwaters.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Koh Waters Water Co. ("Koh Waters", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).
For subscriptions, payment is collected on each delivery or in advance by arrangement.
We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all major cities in Pakistan.
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
Subscription deliveries: as per your chosen schedule (weekly recommended for 19L).
Free delivery on orders over PKR 2,000.
Delivery dates are estimates — we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.

5. Subscriptions

19L subscription is a recurring weekly delivery of one 19L refillable bottle.
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
Cancel by calling, WhatsApp, or emailing us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
Empty bottles are collected on each delivery at no extra charge.
If a bottle is damaged or lost while in your possession, a replacement fee of PKR 1,500 applies.

6. Returns & Refunds

Water products (500ml, 1.5L, 19L): As a consumable, water is non-returnable. If bottles arrive damaged or leaking, we will replace them free of charge.
Glass Edition bottles & accessories: Return unused within 7 days in original packaging for a full refund.
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — email photos to [email protected].
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

7. Wholesale

Minimum order quantities: 500 units for 500ml and 1.5L; 50 units for 19L.
Wholesale pricing and custom branding available on request — submit an inquiry via the Wholesale page.
Wholesale orders require a 50% advance payment; the balance is due on delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — logos, images, text, product designs, and the "Koh Waters" name — is the intellectual property of Koh Waters Water Co. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Koh Waters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gilgit-Baltistan or Islamabad.
