We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, contact us before ordering.

19L Subscription Delivery
- Your first 19L bottle is delivered within 3–5 business days of subscribing.
- Subsequent deliveries follow your chosen weekly schedule.
- On each delivery, our driver collects your empty bottle for cleaning and refilling.
- You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp reminder 24 hours before each delivery.
- To change your delivery day, update your schedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Returns & Refunds

- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
- Email [email protected] to initiate a claim.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are paid via cash on delivery. No advance payment is required. Please have the exact amount ready when the driver arrives. For subscription orders, you may pre-pay monthly to receive a 10% discount.
